Payment Terms and Conditions
Payments
- All Payments for tennis lessons must be in advance.
- A receipt must be issued once payment is received.
- Cash
- Credit Card
- Cheque
Discounts
- Only one discount applicable per player, per payment.
- 15% discount for twice a week and same program.
- 10% Sibling discount. Both players must be signed up with the same coach.
- Any corporate/other discounts are not applicable in conjunction with the above.
Cancellation
- 24 hours notice is required for lesson cancellation otherwise full amount will be charged.
- Only one cancellation is allowed per term.
- All lessons must be completed before term ends.
- Lessons are not carried over into the next term.
Refund
- Please complete the refund form, available with Himank Sports Services.
- If lessons are not transferrable to another coach, then a full refund is available.
- A Medical or doctor’s note maybe requested if refund is due to an injury.
